  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    crunchy style peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    bag of popcorn / approx. 10 cups popped corn
  • 6 oz
    semisweet chocolate
  • 6 oz
    white chocolate
  • 1 c
    crushed pretzels

How to Make Sweet and Salty Popcorn


  1. Pop popcorn and set aside.
    In a med saucepan combine sugar and honey bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in crunchy peanut butter stirring until smooth. Add vanilla.
  2. Pour peanut butter mixture over popcorn and mix well coating popcorn. Pour onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet pan.
  3. In seperate small bowls melt chocolates in microwave. 1 0r 2 minutes depending on your microwave oven.
    Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn. Sprinkle with crushed pretzels. When cool place in an airtight container. For gifts place in a cellophane bag and tie closed.
