Sweet and Salty Popcorn

1/2 c
1/2 c
crunchy style peanut butter
1/2 c
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
bag of popcorn / approx. 10 cups popped corn
6 oz
semisweet chocolate
6 oz
white chocolate
1 c
crushed pretzels


1Pop popcorn and set aside.
In a med saucepan combine sugar and honey bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in crunchy peanut butter stirring until smooth. Add vanilla.
2Pour peanut butter mixture over popcorn and mix well coating popcorn. Pour onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet pan.
3In seperate small bowls melt chocolates in microwave. 1 0r 2 minutes depending on your microwave oven.
Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn. Sprinkle with crushed pretzels. When cool place in an airtight container. For gifts place in a cellophane bag and tie closed.
