Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 6-8 cups freshly popped popcorn
How To Make super easy caramel corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Step 2Put popped popcorn in very large bowl or deep kettle.

Step 3In large saucepan over med high heat bring to boil: sugar, butter and corn syrup. Once boiling, boil for 2 minutes stirring continuously.

Step 4Remove from heat. Add baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and mix well.

Step 5Pour mixture over popcorn, mix gently. Spread over 2 cookie sheets, bake for 30 minutes stirring 1/2 way through. Let cool and enjoy.
