How to Make Super Easy Caramel Corn
1Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2Put popped popcorn in very large bowl or deep kettle.
3In large saucepan over med high heat bring to boil: sugar, butter and corn syrup. Once boiling, boil for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
4Remove from heat. Add baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and mix well.
5Pour mixture over popcorn, mix gently. Spread over 2 cookie sheets, bake for 30 minutes stirring 1/2 way through. Let cool and enjoy.
