How to Make Popcorn Trees
- Stir powdered sugar, unbeaten egg white and water together to make a frosting.
Tint it with food coloring. Spread frosting over the outside of the cones, using
about 2 tablespoons per cone to cover them completely. While icing is still
soft, press popped corn all over the surface of cones. Dot with red cinnamon
