I Love Popcorn Balls. A Dear friend gave me this recipe when my children were toddlers. This is so easy it is the only recipe we use. I also like to press it into a 9X13 pan like rice crispy treats. Yummmmm.

How to Make Popcorn Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 3Bring this to a boil and boil it for exactly 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
