  Cook 1 c chopped pepperoni in 1 T veg oil in a large pot until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving the drippings. Pop 3/4 c popcorn kernels in the drippings; toss with pepperoni, 1 c shredded mozzarella, 1/2 c grated parmesan, 2 T olive oil and 1 t EACH granulate garlic and dried oregano. Season with salt.
