peanut butter caramel popcorn
We decided to watch a couple of movies here on this Saturday PM; so I decided to give this popcorn recipe a try, that I had seen on http://lmld.org/2013/04/24/peanut-butter-caramel-popcorn/... Well, we all loved it! Even the ones who aren't so overly fond of peanut butter! It tastes more like caramel with a some peanuts in it...it is wonderful!! Give it a try!!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (about 1/2 of a 14 oz can) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated or canned milk)
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter caramel popcorn

Step 1Prepare a large bowl by lightly spraying with vegetable oil. Pop the popcorn,using an air popper, putting it into the bowl. Set aside.

Step 2In a microwave safe bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Stir well again; then, microwave another 2 minutes (No more than 6 minutes total). Stir well one last time.

Step 3Add the baking powder and the vanilla extract. Stir well. Pour over the popcorn; stir thoroughly to coat all the pieces. Pour out on waxed paper to cool and dry just a little..this popcorn is the soft kind, not the hard and brittle kind. Yummmy yum!!
