Step 1Prepare popped popcorn 3 hours prior to this recipe. A tall pot to allow mixing of the popcorn is needed. Prepare 2 baking sheets with sill pats or parchment paper. A long wooden spoon for mixing is best. !Careful! Metal spoons could get too hot!
-
Step 2Melt the butter on low heat in a tall pot, until light brown. Add Peanut butter and stir until bubbling. Add marshmallows, 1 cup at a time, stirring constantly. After all marshmallows are added, stir in the salt and mix thoroughly.
-
Step 3Stir in the popped popcorn, 1 cup at a time, then turn out on a greased or sill pat covered baking sheet. Cool for 30 minutes, break into pieces and enjoy! Add peanuts if desired. Store in a tightly sealed container.
