·pumpkin flavored marshmallows (see notes)
·air popped popcorn (to make about 12 cups popped)
How to Make Megan's Marshmallow Popcorn "Balls"
- melt butter and brown sugar, then take from the stove and add your marshmallows. Stir to melt and combine. Put popped popcorn in a large bowl, pour marshmallows over the top. Gently stir with a spatula, then either pour out over waxed paper lined cookie sheets or make into popcorn balls.
- NOTE: I have tried this with peppermint marshmallows, regular marshmallows, gingerbread marshmallows, and even those ones that are shaped like ice cream cones. As long as you get your texture, any one you choose is okay. I don't, however, know what the vegan ones would do, as there are very few to a bag and I don't know how they would melt...
