My Grandma used to make this for us each Christmas when she still cooked. She would present it in really cute containers. I'm so glad she gave me the recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 quarts popcorn, popped
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup light karo syrup
- 2 cups walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make christmas popcorn

Step 1Combine butter, sugar, and syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring frequently until temperature reaches 250 degrees (use a candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Add vanilla.

Step 2Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts. Stir with spoon. Layout on cookie sheet until cool.
