Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- - 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate or 1/2 c. choc. chips
- 2 quarts salted popped corn
How To Make chocolate popcorn

Step 1In heavy saucepan, combine water, sugar, and corn syrup together, bring to a boil. Stir in butter. When butter is melted, add chocolate. Cook stirring constantly, until soft ball stage is reached or candy thermometer(238-240 F). Pour over popcorn and toss until well coated.
