  • 5 qt
    popcorn, popped
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c
    white karo syrup
  • 1/4 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Carmel Corn


  1. Boil all above ingredients except for popcorn, for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp. baking soda, stir, pour over popcorn & bake 1 hour at 200 degrees.
