1Combine melted margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in sauce pan. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat add: vanilla and soda. Stir well until foamy. Pour over 7 quarts popped corn in large roaster pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min. Pour out on waxed paper to separate and dry.
