How to Make Carmel Corn
- 1Bring to boil on LOW heat : brown sugar , margarine and Karo syrup. Bring to boil for 5 minutes , stirring constantly
- 2Remove from heat and add the vanilla and soda ; STIR WELL.
- 3Coat a large bowl of popped popcorn ( or more if desired )
- 4Place in a 2" deep sheet ( I use a aluminum turkey pan ).
- 5Bake @ 250° for 1 hour ; stirring every 15 minutes.
