Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (do not substitute)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make caramel popcorn

Step 1Combine butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil five minutes; remove from stove and add baking soda and salt; stir in. Pour over 15 - 20 cups of popped corn in 2 - 3 roasting pans. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely and package. Be sure to stir every 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
