Ingredients

  • 7 quarts popped corn (set aside)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make caramel corn

  • Step 1
    boil together the sugar, syrup, butter,salt
  • Step 2
    take off heat and stir in soda, vanilla
  • Step 3
    pour over popcorn, stir until well coated. bake 1 hr at 200F
