I Love popcorn and crackerjacks. This kind doesn't come with a little surprise in it however, the recipe packs a surprise itself to make up for the disappointment.

How to Make Amish Cracker Jacks


  1. Cook all except popped corn over medium heat to 260 degrees or hard ball.

    Boil slowly.
  2. Pour over popped corn.
  3. Put in 200 degree oven for 1 hour.

    Stir 3 times during the hour.

    Let Cool.
