Ingredients

  • 1 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    cheese and garlic sprinkle
  • 1
    egg white
  • 8 slice
    pepperoni diced
  • 1/2 tsp
    king arthur pizza dough flavor

How to Make zucchini pizza crust

Step-by-Step

  1. steam or saute zucchini just until done. using a dish towel (not a fuzzy one) wring out all the moisture. Wring it ALL out.
  2. mix all ingredients
  3. make very flat circles on sheet pan - about 1 tablespoon of mixture each.
  4. bake at 450 for about 4 minutes. do not leave unattended. Let them sit in pan for awhile to coninue to brown the bottom. eat and enjoy!
