White Corn Salsa

I love this salsa and so does everyone who tries it. I first tried this when someone brought it into work. They made it more mild (which you can do by cutting down the amount of jalepenos and green chilis used). Now when I ask people what I can bring...they ask for my salsa.

red peppers (diced)
2 bunch
green onion
2 can(s)
water chestnuts
2 can(s)
white shopeg corn
1 can(s)
diced jalepenos
1 can(s)
diced green chilis
8 oz
sour cream
16 oz


1Mix Sour Cream and Mayonnaise.
2Add (drained)Jalepeno, (drained)Green Chilis and (drained) White Shopeg Corn to mix
3Dice green onions (use as much of the green stem as you wish) add to mix
4Dice Red Peppers and (drained) Water Chestnuts add to mix
5Stir mix and refrigerate overnight for best flavoring
