I love this salsa and so does everyone who tries it. I first tried this when someone brought it into work. They made it more mild (which you can do by cutting down the amount of jalepenos and green chilis used). Now when I ask people what I can bring...they ask for my salsa.

Ingredients
- 2 - red peppers (diced)
- 2 bunches green onion
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 2 cans white shopeg corn
- 1 can diced jalepenos
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces mayonnaise
How To Make white corn salsa

Step 1Mix Sour Cream and Mayonnaise.

Step 2Add (drained)Jalepeno, (drained)Green Chilis and (drained) White Shopeg Corn to mix

Step 3Dice green onions (use as much of the green stem as you wish) add to mix

Step 4Dice Red Peppers and (drained) Water Chestnuts add to mix

Step 5Stir mix and refrigerate overnight for best flavoring
