You could substitute extra-crunchy peanut butter for the almond butter and leave out the almonds. Dried cranberries are good instead of the cherries.

semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How to Make Trisha's Bites


  • 1Pulse all ingredients in food processor until fully combined. Refregerate 30 minutes.
  • 2Form about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough into balls, Chill in refrigerator about an hour.
  • 3Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
