You could substitute extra-crunchy peanut butter for the almond butter and leave out the almonds. Dried cranberries are good instead of the cherries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

Step 1Pulse all ingredients in food processor until fully combined. Refregerate 30 minutes.

Step 2Form about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough into balls, Chill in refrigerator about an hour.

Step 3Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
