Ingredients
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup imperial margarine (softened)
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 - large eggs
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 3/4 cup butterscotch morsels
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup bakers angel flake coconut
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
How To Make triple delight cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375...350 for dark pans

Step 2combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside

Step 3creme butter and sugar then add brown sugar and mix well . Stir in eggs and vanilla.

Step 4Add flour mixture gradually until you have it all mixed and cookie dough is smooth.

Step 5mix in coconut,pecans and all of the morsels and fold in. Do not overwork or chips will break up.

Step 6use tablespoon to drop dough onto cookie sheet (they will spread so leave about 2" between each cookie) and bake for 12-14 minutes or until tops are medium golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack to cool

Step 7Tips:Should cookies run together...just cut while fresh out of oven and then allow them to cool and remove as you normally would.They won't be round but will still be very tastey. You can also spread this dough into cake pans and make bar cookies. If you do this only make dough about 1" thick and bake 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
