Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 - 2 pinches pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
How To Make trail mix

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Step 2On a baking sheet, spread out almonds and walnuts in a single layer. Transfer to the preheated oven and toast for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Step 3In a large bowl, add roasted peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, chocolate pieces, coconut flakes, and both cooled almonds and walnuts; season with salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.

Step 4Stir until the ingredients are nicely blended and store in a glass container. The mixture will keep for up to 3 weeks.
