1/2 calmonds

1/2 cwalnuts

1/2 cdry roasted peanuts

1/2 csunflower seeds

1/2 cpumpkin seeds

1/2 cdried cranberries

1/2 cgolden raisins

1/2 cdark chocolate pieces

1/4 cunsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 tspground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste

1/8 tspground cinnamon

1 - 2 pinchpinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
How To Make trail mix

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2On a baking sheet, spread out almonds and walnuts in a single layer. Transfer to the preheated oven and toast for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

3In a large bowl, add roasted peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, chocolate pieces, coconut flakes, and both cooled almonds and walnuts; season with salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.

4Stir until the ingredients are nicely blended and store in a glass container. The mixture will keep for up to 3 weeks.
