I've had this & it is yummy. It combines things to protect the heart, stimulate the stomach & promote a healthier system all the way around. It's my favorite " junk food " & there is really no cooking involved

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry roast almonds
  • 1/4 cup dry roast peanuts
  • 1/4 cup planters party peanuts
  • 1/2 cup pistacios shelled
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup yogurt covered raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried banana chips
  • 1/4 cup cranaisins {dried cranberries}
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried pineapples
  • 1/4 cup dried papaya
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or candies
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves

How To Make the energizer

  • Step 1
    Grab your self a gallon bag, pour all the yummies in, seal bag & shake until mixed. Serve. You can use a bowl to eat the snack in if you wish or you can just eat out of the bag if you are not sharing. Can be stored in cupboard or refrigerator. Enjoy
