- sift flor once, measure , add baking powder and sift again. Cream butter thoroughly, add sugar gradually and cream together until light anf fluffy. Add egg and flour. chill dough til stiff about 1 hour. Roll 1/8 thick on slightly floured board. cut with floured cookie cutters. brush with egg whites and sprinkle with cinnamom /or colored sugar. bake at 375 degrees 10 min.
