12eggs, hard boiled
2 Tbspsweet pickle relish
2 Tbspdill pickle juice
2 Tbspmayonnaise (i prefer hellman's)
1 tspdijon mustard
1 pinchcayenne pepper
How to Make The Best Ever Deviled Eggs
- Peel and slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Pop out the yolks and place in separate bowl, set aside. Place egg halves on a long plate.
- In another bowl mix all the ingredients except for the paprika. Then add the egg yolks, mash them up to the consistency you prefer. I like ours on the thicker side.
- Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg halves. Then sprinkle salt and pepper over. Finally sprinkle paprika.
