This recipe came from the Richmond Times Dispatch Newspaper, Food Section back in the mid 1990's. I believe the person who contributed this recipe was associated with White Trash Cooking. I make these for whenever I have to bring a dish to pass; they get gobbled up!

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (i prefer hellman's)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 dashes paprika
How To Make the best ever deviled eggs

Step 1Peel and slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Pop out the yolks and place in separate bowl, set aside. Place egg halves on a long plate.

Step 2In another bowl mix all the ingredients except for the paprika. Then add the egg yolks, mash them up to the consistency you prefer. I like ours on the thicker side.

Step 3Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg halves. Then sprinkle salt and pepper over. Finally sprinkle paprika.
