Leave Cream Cheese out on counter for about an hour to get it soft
Then mix Cream cheese, sour cream and taco mix all together
Spread 1/8th of mix all over inside of tortilla shell
Then sprinkle shredded cheese inside tortilla
Roll the tortilla up (to make like a pin wheel)
Put all the rolled up tortillas in a pan and put it in the fridge for about an hour till inside gets settled
Take them out and cut them into 1” circles and arrange them on a tray in big circle, then a smaller circle inside the big circle. If you have room, put the salsa in a bowl and put the bowl in the middle of the pin wheels.
