These scones can be made in less than 1/2 an hour. They are so simple, why not get the young ones started on baking using this recipe!

About a dozen scones
Ingredients
- 1 pound self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1/2 pint milk
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces sultanas
How To Make sultana scones

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Roll out to 1/2 in thick. Press out rounds with pastry cutter. Brush top of each with beaten egg/ or milk

Step 2Bake for 10/15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees
