1/2 clight brown sugar,firmly packed
10 tspworcestershire sauce
5 tspprepared mustard
20thin slices bacon
2 cfine bread crumbs
How to Make Sugared Bacon
- Beat brown sugar, egg yolks, worcestershire sauce and mustard until mixed well.
- Dip bacon in mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
- Place bacon on a cookie sheet or I like to place a cookie cooling rack on a cookie sheet and place the bacon on top on it.
- Bake at 250-degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
