Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make soft molasses cookies

Step 1cream together shortening and sugar, beat in egg and molasses, stir in vinegar and sour cream

Step 2stir in dry ingredients

Step 3drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart on creased cookie sheet bake at 350 for 15 min.
