These skinny pizza rolls should have a warning label. Once you eat one, you won't be able to stop eating them. Outside, the baked wonton wrappers are nice and crunchy. Inside, there's a gooey pizza filling with mozzarella cheese and pieces of turkey pepperoni. We dipped them in a little extra pizza sauce for the perfect snack. These would be great for a casual party, game day snack, or even a lighter dinner with a salad on the side. All the flavor of pizza with a little less guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 24 medium wonton wrappers
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese

How To Make skinny pizza rolls

  • Prepare a baking sheet.
    Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine sauce, seasonings, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
    Step 2
    In a medium bowl, add sauce, seasonings, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Slice the pepperoni.
    Step 3
    Slice the pepperoni into quarters.
  • Add pepperoni to the sauce and stir.
    Step 4
    Add them to the sauce/cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Place a small bit of filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper and moisten the edges with water.
    Step 5
    To assemble, place a small amount of filling into the center of a wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run it around the outside edge of the wrapper.
  • Fold into a triangle and seal.
    Step 6
    Fold it into a triangle and seal the edges that are wet.
  • Place on the baking sheet.
    Step 7
    Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spray with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Step 8
    Give them a light spray with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
  • Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
    Step 9
    Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Dipping Skinny Pizza Rolls in sauce.
    Step 10
    Serve warm.
