How to Make Sandy's Deviled Eggs
- Boil eggs until hardboiled. Remove shell, and cut in half. Remove hardened yolk and place in medium bowl. Place hardened halved egg whites on large dish.
- In medium bowl with yolks, combine the rest of the ingredients and mash with a fork until slightly lumpy.
- Using a teaspoon, fill indentation in egg white with egg yolk mixture. Place eggs next to each other on dish.
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, and garnish yolk part of egg with paprika if desired.
