How to Make Saltine Chocolates
- Line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray with PAM. Cover foil with saltine crackers (36-40). Mix 1 stick butter (melted), 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over crackers.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 6-7 minutes. Remove. Turn off oven. Remove sheet from oven and cover crackers with 12 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
- Put back in oven for 2 minutes. Remove again from oven and spread chocolate evenly over crackers. Put sheet in freezer for 2 hours. Break apart pieces and store in refrigerator.
