crema verde or salsa verde and sour cream dip

This is just something I threw together one day and my family loved it. I now have to make it as a taco topping and for the top of enchiladas etc. You can certainly use your own salsa or a regular salsa and you can use the more expensive Mexican Crema and cheese. However, just the things I had on hand came together deliciously and there is just something about a roasted tomatillo salsa that is just delicious this way. I didn't even think to take a picture and it went so fast....

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces roasted salsa verde
  • 3-4 tablespoons cotija cheese or grated parmesan cheese
