  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper

How To Make roasted pumpkin seeds

  • Step 1
    Clean seeds well, strain and shake out excess water. Preheat oven to 375°
  • Step 2
    Stir seeds, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl together until seeds are completely coated.
  • Step 3
    Spread seeds onto a large cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
