I've tried many different seasonings to roast pumpkin seeds. I like seasoned salt the best. Garlic, onion, Cajun, or smoked paprika, are also some good alternatives.

Ingredients

  • - pumpkin seeds
  • - seasoned salt or other seasonings of your choice
  • - parchment paper

How To Make roasted pumpkin seeds

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 3
    Rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander.
  • Step 4
    Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Step 5
    Spread seeds on lined cookie sheet.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt or seasonings of your choice.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 35 minutes or til seeds are dry.
  • Step 8
    Allow seeds to cool COMPLETELY before storing in a container or they will become soft. I usually let them air dry for 24 hours before storing them.
