I've tried many different seasonings to roast pumpkin seeds. I like seasoned salt the best. Garlic, onion, Cajun, or smoked paprika, are also some good alternatives.

- - pumpkin seeds
- - seasoned salt or other seasonings of your choice
- - parchment paper
How To Make roasted pumpkin seeds

Step 1Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.

Step 2Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3Rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander.

Step 4Pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 5Spread seeds on lined cookie sheet.

Step 6Sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt or seasonings of your choice.

Step 7Bake for 35 minutes or til seeds are dry.

Step 8Allow seeds to cool COMPLETELY before storing in a container or they will become soft. I usually let them air dry for 24 hours before storing them.
