This is a delicious snack, great for winter. It has a sweet creamy flavor. It smells and tastes like ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups rice chex
  • 1 cup dry milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water, boiling
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make rice cream crunch

  • Step 1
    Place dry milk, sugar, boiling water, melted butter and vanilla in a blender. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Pour mix over cereal in a bowl. Fold mix in until cereal is well coated.
  • Step 3
    Spray two 9x15 pans with cooking spray and spread cereal mixture. Bake for 12 minutes at 325. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Break apart and serve or package for distribution.
