How to Make Rice Cream Crunch
- Place dry milk, sugar, boiling water, melted butter and vanilla in a blender. Mix well.
- Pour mix over cereal in a bowl. Fold mix in until cereal is well coated.
- Spray two 9x15 pans with cooking spray and spread cereal mixture. Bake for 12 minutes at 325. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Break apart and serve or package for distribution.
