Ingredients
- 10 cups rice chex
- 1 cup dry milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water, boiling
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make rice cream crunch

Step 1Place dry milk, sugar, boiling water, melted butter and vanilla in a blender. Mix well.

Step 2Pour mix over cereal in a bowl. Fold mix in until cereal is well coated.

Step 3Spray two 9x15 pans with cooking spray and spread cereal mixture. Bake for 12 minutes at 325. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Break apart and serve or package for distribution.
