This is a delicious snack, great for winter. It has a sweet creamy flavor. It smells and tastes like ice cream.

1 c
dry milk
2/3 c
1/3 c
water, boiling
3 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 tsp

How to Make Rice Cream Crunch


  • 1Place dry milk, sugar, boiling water, melted butter and vanilla in a blender. Mix well.
  • 2Pour mix over cereal in a bowl. Fold mix in until cereal is well coated.
  • 3Spray two 9x15 pans with cooking spray and spread cereal mixture. Bake for 12 minutes at 325. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Break apart and serve or package for distribution.
