- 2 - italian sausage, no casings1
- 1/2 - chop meat
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cups peas, frozen petite
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup romano cheese, grated
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 - egg beaten
- - bread crumbs, dry
How To Make rice balls

Step 1cook sausage meat, chop meat and onions, drain grease. add tomato paste and peas. add cheese, mix with cooked rice

Step 2shape into balls, compressing well to keep together

Step 3roll in egg, then bread crumbs. deep fry till golden brown { 2 minutes }
