Rebecca's Bis-tastic Biscuit Pizza

This was a recipe out of necessity! I was running low on lunch fixins'. I had a can of biscuits I needed to use up. I didn't want to make home made dough, but I wanted pizza!

1 can(s)
biscuits (i used a roll of 10)
8 oz
tomato sauce
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1/2 tsp
boullion powder (chicken)
1 dash(es)
garlic powder
1 pinch
pepper and salt
1 tsp
sugar ( i find canned tomato sauce very acidic)
toppings of your choice


1Preheat oven to 375*F
2Flatten out your biscuits into pizza rounds. You can choose your size. Since I had a roll of 10 (small). I pressed two together to make 5 pizzas.
3Place your pizza rounds on a cookie sheet.
Dock your crusts with a fork.
4Empty your tomato sauce, sugar and spices into a bowl stir well. Let them sit for a few mins.
5Spread one tablespoon of sauce on each pizza round and add toppings.
6Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins.
