Rebecca's Bis-tastic Biscuit Pizza

Rebecca Grefrath

This was a recipe out of necessity! I was running low on lunch fixins'. I had a can of biscuits I needed to use up. I didn't want to make home made dough, but I wanted pizza!

How to Make Rebecca's Bis-tastic Biscuit Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F
  2. Flatten out your biscuits into pizza rounds. You can choose your size. Since I had a roll of 10 (small). I pressed two together to make 5 pizzas.
  3. Place your pizza rounds on a cookie sheet.
Dock your crusts with a fork.
  4. Empty your tomato sauce, sugar and spices into a bowl stir well. Let them sit for a few mins.
  5. Spread one tablespoon of sauce on each pizza round and add toppings.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins.
