This was a recipe out of necessity! I was running low on lunch fixins'. I had a can of biscuits I needed to use up. I didn't want to make home made dough, but I wanted pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits (i used a roll of 10)
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon boullion powder (chicken)
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 pinch pepper and salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar ( i find canned tomato sauce very acidic)
  • - toppings of your choice

How To Make rebecca's bis-tastic biscuit pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375*F
  • Step 2
    Flatten out your biscuits into pizza rounds. You can choose your size. Since I had a roll of 10 (small). I pressed two together to make 5 pizzas.
  • Step 3
    Place your pizza rounds on a cookie sheet. Dock your crusts with a fork.
  • Step 4
    Empty your tomato sauce, sugar and spices into a bowl stir well. Let them sit for a few mins.
  • Step 5
    Spread one tablespoon of sauce on each pizza round and add toppings.
  • Step 6
    Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins.
