Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup raspberry jam
How To Make raspberry granola bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and spray paper.

Step 3Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast in oven for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

Step 4Whisk together flour, oats, sugars, baking soda and cooled pecans.

Step 5Pour in melted butter and stir until well combined.

Step 6Press two-thirds of mixture in bottom of baking pan.(About 3 cups).

Step 7Spread jam evenly across surface.

Step 8Sprinkle remaining oat mixture evenly over the jam layer.

Step 9Bake 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Step 10Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
