Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

How To Make raspberry granola bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and spray paper.
  • Step 3
    Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast in oven for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Step 4
    Whisk together flour, oats, sugars, baking soda and cooled pecans.
  • Step 5
    Pour in melted butter and stir until well combined.
  • Step 6
    Press two-thirds of mixture in bottom of baking pan.(About 3 cups).
  • Step 7
    Spread jam evenly across surface.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle remaining oat mixture evenly over the jam layer.
  • Step 9
    Bake 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  • Step 10
    Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
