1Remove seeds from pumpkin. Remove all the pulp from the seeds. Rinse seeds in colander.
2Pat seeds dry with paper towel, place seeds in bowl and drizzle with olive oil mix well.
3Place seeds on a tin foil lined baking sheet, evenly spread out, Sprinkle generously with kosher salt. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. remove from oven stir seeds around and place back in oven for 5 minutes.
4Remove from oven allow to cool then place seeds in colander to remove excess salt. ENJOY
