  Boil a small potato until done,add to a bowl and mash with a fork, then add confectioners sugar until the hot potato melts the sugar, until it's like a pie dough.
• Step 2
  Sprinkle some confectioners sugar on countertop and put the dough-like potato mixture out and roll thin and then spread the peanut butter over all the mixture and roll up like a jelly roll and refrigerate, then slice into thin pieces.
