Ingredients

1 - large potato
2 packages 10 x sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
- peanut butter

How To Make potato candy

Step 1

Boil the potato until soft. Put in a large bowl and mash with fork. Add 10 x sugar until it is thick enough to roll. Cool.

Step 2

Roll about 1/2 inch thick then spread it with peanut butter.
Step 3

Roll into pin wheel. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Chill. Makes 3 dozen pieces.
