How to Make Potato Candy


  1. Boil the potato until soft. Put in a large bowl and mash with fork. Add 10 x sugar until it is thick enough to roll. Cool.
  2. Roll about 1/2 inch thick then spread it with peanut butter.
  3. Roll into pin wheel. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Chill. Makes 3 dozen pieces.
