- 1 cup poha
- - oil to fry
- - chilli powder
- - salt
- bunch curry leaves
- 4 - garlic pieces
- 1/4 cup yellow peas {half}
- 1/4 cup ground nuts
How To Make poha mixture

Step 1first heat oil in high flame and then keep in low flame an add slowly poha fry in low flame and take it out immediately .

Step 2then take a pan add peas, ground nuts,curry leaves,garlic. fry it . mix with poha .

Step 3mix salt, chilli powder and all the things which we fried ,mix with poha.
