Ingredients
- 1 pound 93/7 ground beef
- 1 can fat free refried beans
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 12 ounces reduced fat mexican blend cheese
- street taco sized flour tortillas
How To Make pocket tacos

Step 1Brown ground beef in skilet, drain, return to skillet. Add taco seasoning packet and follow directions for cooking

Step 2Add refried beans to ground beef and stir until all ingredients are hot.

Step 3Place 1 tortilla on flat surface. Place 1/4 cup beef/bean mixture in center. Top with desired amount of cheese. Place second tortilla on top and gently press down.

Step 4Place on a sandwich maker and close lid. Cook until desired crispness, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove and top with sour cream and any other desired toppings.
