Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 jar(s)
    pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg
mozzarella cheese or italian cheese blend
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni
  • 1-2 dash(es)
    dried basil

How to Make Pizza Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Depending on where you live this could take as little as 10 minutes or as long as an hour or two.
  2. Using a 9-inch pie plate, spread softened cream cheese on bottom of plate. Add sour cream on top of cream cheese. Layer pizza sauce on top of sour cream. Add the pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce. Cover with the mozzarella or Italian cheese blend. Sprinkle with basil.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until the dip is heated through, with the cheese melted and bubbling on top. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Serve with your favorite chip or cracker. Because ovens are different, your oven might cook this faster or slower depending on how hot your oven gets. This is best served piping hot.
