Pistachio rice pudding

- 2 cups or so of cooked rice
- 1 – 3 & ½ ounce instant pistachio pudding
- 1 & ½ cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup toasted and chopped pistachios
Add pudding and mix well again
Add rice and refrigerate
When you are ready to serve top with the toasted nuts.
If you use a plain flavor of pudding like vanilla etc. you’ll want to add the following:
This is to taste of course
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Grated orange rind and orange juice
