Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper seeded
  • 1 orange pepper seeded
  • 1 red pepper seeded
  • 1 yellow pepper seeded
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup water

How To Make pickled peppers

  • Step 1
    Cut peppers into strips
  • Step 2
    Pack with garlic into quart canning jar with tight fitting lid
  • Step 3
    Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and 1 cup water to a boil
  • Step 4
    Carefully pour hot liquid over peppers
  • Step 5
    Place lid on jar and let cool at room temperature
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate 1 day before serving
  • Step 7
    Will keep in fridge for 2 weeks
