Ingredients
- 1 green pepper seeded
- 1 orange pepper seeded
- 1 red pepper seeded
- 1 yellow pepper seeded
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup water
How To Make pickled peppers

Step 1Cut peppers into strips

Step 2Pack with garlic into quart canning jar with tight fitting lid

Step 3Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and 1 cup water to a boil

Step 4Carefully pour hot liquid over peppers

Step 5Place lid on jar and let cool at room temperature

Step 6Refrigerate 1 day before serving

Step 7Will keep in fridge for 2 weeks
