How to Make Pickled Eggs
- Hard boil 12 eggs, cool and shell.
- Empty beets and juice into a large, sealable container.
- Add vinegar, sugar and salt to beets and juice and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add eggs and store in refrigerator for 2 days, stirring or shaking container every couple of hours.
- Good with pickles, kielbasi or just to snack on.
