Ingredients
- 1 can beets, undrained
- 1 can apple cider vinegar (use beet can)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 12 - hard boiled eggs
How To Make pickled eggs

Step 1Hard boil 12 eggs, cool and shell.

Step 2Empty beets and juice into a large, sealable container.

Step 3Add vinegar, sugar and salt to beets and juice and stir until sugar dissolves.

Step 4Add eggs and store in refrigerator for 2 days, stirring or shaking container every couple of hours.

Step 5Good with pickles, kielbasi or just to snack on.
