My husband loves Pickled Eggs, especially in the summer. They are so easy to make.

How to Make Pickled Eggs


  1. Hard boil 12 eggs, cool and shell.
  2. Empty beets and juice into a large, sealable container.
  3. Add vinegar, sugar and salt to beets and juice and stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add eggs and store in refrigerator for 2 days, stirring or shaking container every couple of hours.
  5. Good with pickles, kielbasi or just to snack on.
