Ingredients For pickeled eggs

2 cansliced beets
-
1 1/2 cvinegar

1 sliceonion
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 tspcumin

12eggs, hard boiled
How To Make pickeled eggs

1Boil eggs for about 1--15 minutes. Rinse with cold water and peel.

2Add the rest of the ingredients into saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Simmer for around 30 minutes. Put eggs into large container. Pour beet mixture over eggs and refrigerate.
