- 2 cans sliced beets
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 slice onion
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 - eggs, hard boiled
How To Make pickeled eggs

Step 1Boil eggs for about 1--15 minutes. Rinse with cold water and peel.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients into saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 3Simmer for around 30 minutes. Put eggs into large container. Pour beet mixture over eggs and refrigerate.
