  Mix peanut butter with rice cereal.

  Empty package of cocoa mix on a plate. Pat clean fingers in mix and roll peanut mixture into four balls. Roll balls in cocoa to coat.

  Spread preserves on top and bottom of bread. Arrange “meatballs” on bottom slice and top with remaining slice.
