This recipe only takes 6 ingredients. It is so very easy to make. It tastes almost like peanut butter cups that you buy at a store. Whenever we have our potluck at work for Thanksgiving I always make these and they are gone in seconds.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
18 oz
creamy peanut butter
3 c
powdered sugar
2 stick
butter or margarine
12 oz
semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c
milk
1 stick
butter or margarine

How to Make Peanut Butter Cups

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter or margarine in a microwave safe bowl. Add graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix throughly. Pat into bottom of cookie sheet pan.
  • 2Melt butter or margarine, milk and chocolate chips in microwave. Start at 1 minute then stir and add 20 seconds until mixture is smooth. Pour on crust in cookie sheet pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm cut into squares. Store in refigerator.
