This recipe only takes 6 ingredients. It is so very easy to make. It tastes almost like peanut butter cups that you buy at a store. Whenever we have our potluck at work for Thanksgiving I always make these and they are gone in seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 18 oz
    creamy peanut butter
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 12 oz
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine

How to Make Peanut Butter Cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a microwave safe bowl. Add graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix throughly. Pat into bottom of cookie sheet pan.
  2. Melt butter or margarine, milk and chocolate chips in microwave. Start at 1 minute then stir and add 20 seconds until mixture is smooth. Pour on crust in cookie sheet pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm cut into squares. Store in refigerator.
